                              Complete replacement of Cnc control unit

                              Grinding of guides and connections
                              Checking of geometry of guides
                              Testing of operation
                              Maintenance work and modifications according to customer's request

THE COMPANY CARRIES OUT:

-  installation of new machine tools;
-  disassembly, transfer and assembly of machine tools at customer's premises;

- with internal handling and lifting equipment;
- on request, the machines will be fixed to the floor by means of:

                        expanding dowels;
                         plinconcrete plinths set in the floor;
                        welding of the feet onto already existing bases;
                         or levelled without fixing them to the floor.

While the machines are being assembled they will be checked with:


                                centesimal level;
                        collimator;
                        wire microscope.
